Normally, we will ship your order within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your payment.
However, depending on the size of the item, it may take a little longer.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please allow enough time for your order to be shipped.
Pre-order items will be shipped within the time period indicated for each item.

About Shipping Date
After your order has been confirmed, we will begin the shipping process and send you an email with the subject line “yuko imanishi+ [order number #9999] shipping completed” to inform you of the shipping date.
*The email with the above invoice number will be sent to you within 3-6 days at the earliest. You can check the shipping status on the courier company's website.
Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to stock availability, shipping conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it, please contact us atyukoplus@mana-l.com. After receiving the email notification of shipment completion, please contact the courier company directly with the parcel tracking number and follow the necessary procedures.
About the purchase details
If the person placing the order and the delivery address are the same, we will include the purchase details with the order, but if the person placing the order and the delivery address are different, please be assured that we will not include the purchase details with the order. In that case, the email we send to the person placing the order will serve as the purchase details, so please check that.
About the invoice
The “requestor” field on the shipping slip will be printed as “yuko imanishi+ online shop”. If you are shipping to an address different from the one registered in your member information, the registered information of the sender will be printed.

Shipping is free of charge when you place an order. When we are repairing an item, we ask that you pay for shipping when sending it back to us.
Delivery date and time specification
We apologize, but you cannot specify the delivery date and time. After the email with the invoice number arrives, please contact the courier company directly.
If the item is returned due to prolonged absence
If you are not at home when the item is delivered, please contact the courier company directly using the information on the不在票 (absence slip).
If you do not pick up your package within the specified time, it will be returned to our store. Please understand this in advance.
About shipping overseas and purchasing from overseas
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items if you use overseas shipping (forwarding service).
If you choose to use transfer service to ship overseas, please use the transfer service “WorldshoppingBIZ”. Membership registration is required.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the customer uses transfer service to ship overseas.
That being said, if the customer chooses to use transfer service, we recommend “WorldshoppingBIZ”. In order to use its service, “WorldshoppingBIZ” is requir membership registration.
