About shipping date

After confirming your order, we will complete the shipping process and inform you of the shipping date via email with the subject line ``Shipping of order number #9999 has been completed.''

*The email with the invoice number above will be contacted within 3-6 days at the earliest . You can check the delivery status on the courier company's website.

*Delivery may take some time depending on stock status, shipping status, traffic conditions, etc.
*If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing your order, please contact E-mail: yukoplus@mana-l.com . After receiving the shipping completion notification email, please contact the delivery company directly with your parcel tracking number and proceed with the procedure.

About purchase statement

If the orderer and delivery address are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package, but if the orderer and delivery address are different, the purchase statement will not be included in the package. Please rest assured. In that case, please check the email that we sent to the customer who ordered the item as it will be your statement.

About the invoice

"Yuko Imanishi+ Online Shop" will be printed in the "Requester" field on the invoice. If shipping to an address different from the address registered in the member information, the sender's registered information will be printed.

Shipping fee (courier)

Shipping is free when ordering. When shipping the product for repair only, we ask that you pay for the shipment.

Specified delivery date

very sorry. You cannot specify the delivery date and time. Once you receive the email with the invoice number, please contact the courier directly.

If the item is returned due to long-term absence

If you are not present when the product is delivered, please contact the courier listed on the delivery note directly.

In the unlikely event that you do not pick up your luggage beyond the storage period for unattended luggage, your luggage will be returned to our store. Please be aware of this before using.

About overseas shipping/purchasing from overseas

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for packages sent via overseas delivery (forwarding service) if a defective or different product is delivered.

After receiving your consent, please use the forwarding service "WorldshoppingBIZ" when shipping overseas at your discretion. This requires membership registration.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the customer uses transfer service to ship overseas.

That being said, if the customer chooses to use transfer service, we recommend “WorldshoppingBIZ”. In order to use its service, “WorldshoppingBIZ” is requir membership registration.
