Notice of year-end and New Year holidays

● Regarding product shipping: Orders placed by 23:59 on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 will be shipped within the year, and orders placed after that will be shipped sequentially starting from Monday, January 6, 2025.

● Regarding product exchanges: Products that arrive by noon on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 will generally be shipped within the year.
●Regarding product returns: We will process refunds for products that arrive within our business days in order.
